Isuzu Elf
This Isuzu suffered catastrophic engine failure. Ideally this scenario would lend itself to getting the engine replaced entirely, however the customer opted for a rebuild. The damage was extensive, the rocker arms on the intake valves completely shattered, the camshaft key broken, several bent intake valves and a broken timing idler at the heart of it all. The truck basically needed a lot of work as well. The engine rebuilt, the body needed work, the braking, fuel and cooling system required attention as well. Once done the truck turned out nicely.
